I am the definition of an overthinker. What goes on in the head of a culturally curious foodie? So many question are tumbling through my brain and so little answers. In fact, quite the opposite. Ever noticed how the more you think, the more all of it escalates. Yes? no? Well I certainly have that. Writing things down, gives me peace of mind. Structure.
On this corner of the blog you will find think pieces that have a life of their own in my brain. What does that look like? Well it might just be posts on topics I want to do some research on. Or, it might also just be general, quite irrelevant ponderings that I need sorted. Often it will be me reaching out for opinions.
In essence, food for thought will hopefully provide you with some new light-hearted topics to muse on. Don’t worry, I am talking easily digestible reads (see what I did there?). Hopefully, with a little luck you learn something. However, I am definitely not making any promises there.
